Information on the Packaging Ordinance

In accordance with the provisions of the Packaging Ordinance, we are obliged to take back packaging for our products that does not bear the mark of a nationwide disposal system and to ensure that it is reused or disposed of.

Reference to participation in the Reclay Systems GmbH exemption system

With regard to the sales packaging filled with goods for the first time and delivered to private end consumers, our company has joined the nationwide take-back system of Reclay Systems GmbH, Herborn, (registration number: DE545745850571) to ensure fulfilment of our legal obligations in accordance with § 6 VerpackV.
